Yes, we will have our movers come to your home to conduct a site survey. Once we have the estimate for moving, we will contact you to discuss the costs and timeline for your move.

Your items are insured for your peace of mind. We include a $15,000 Replacement Valuation Protection at no additional cost to you.

It really depends on the location you are coming from. We try to keep teams consistent, however, sometimes the crew that loads you will not be the same crew that unloads you. Rest assured, regardless of who is on your team they are professionally trained to handle your items, and your Client Guide Manager will ensure consistency.

Yes, our movers will provide wardrobe boxes on the day of your move to transport your hanging clothing and coats to your new home. Upon arrival at your new home, our movers will place those garments into the appropriate closet.

House plants can be moved, but due to weather conditions, there is a chance they may not make it. You will be asked to sign a waiver should you choose to have the movers transport your plants.

Perishable food items, liquids, flammables, and weapons/ammunition are not permitted on the moving truck.

Yes, should you have items that need to go to family members or friends, the movers can make arrangements to drop these items off at the designated locations.

We recommend that you plan to depart from your point of origin the day after the movers load the truck. This way you won’t have to worry about trying to make your flight or train should the load run late.

Yes, we partner with auto transport companies who will manage the safe transport of your vehicle.

Payments are made throughout the course of the project, with a final payment due at the end of the project.  Payments can easily be made by credit card or check.

A claim can be filed with the mover within nine months of your long-distance move, or seven days for local moves. WayForth will assure that the claim is processed and reconciled within an appropriate period of time.
